An early winter morning on an absolute bluebird day. The McBrides joined me at Tomtit Farm in Matangi for a short stroll amongst the last of the summer flowers before the frosts set in. Freya (4) and Ezra (6 months) joined in and had so much fun playing amongst the flowers together. Given the temperature, we made sure to keep the session short which was perfect for their kids so it felt easy. Classic family portraits mixed with candid photos gave them lots of variety in their images and captured this family's current season perfectly. I loved how the bright sun really brought out the colours in the flowers and greenery.
